What is the semi-annual technician advanced training?
The semi-annual technician advanced training is a rigorous continuing training program we implement to ensure all our technicians continue to provide the best service to our clients. Our training program covers things like company policies, repair and maintenance procedures, problem spotting, new technologies and equipment models, and technical knowledge.
What do I do if I need to schedule service?
Since there will not be any mobile technicians available on July 19th and 20th, we strongly recommend our clients to schedule service before the 19th.
